Short-Term Therapy
What is it?
Short-term therapy is individual therapy that is more focused on a particular topic of client’s choice. This focused therapy provides an opportunity to explore problems in depth in order to achieve greater self-awareness and to explore the possibility of change.
Short-Term therapy can be particularly helpful when experiencing problems such as (but not limited to):
- burnout
- relationship difficulties
- bullying
- work pressure
- traumatic incidents
- stress, anxiety and depression
- bereavement
- redundancy
Duration
Short-Term therapy consists of 12 sessions. Sessions take place once a week, on the same day and at the same time. Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Fees
The fees are 1800 Euros, for the 12 sessions. Fees are paid in advance, prior to starting the work.
Missed sessions and cancelled sessions are charged, except those cancelled by the therapist.
